Orange Marmalade (Alternative Method)
A traditional orange marmalade made by stewing whole oranges until tender, then combining the pulp and sliced rind with sugar syrup. This economical method produces a jelly-like consistency.
Ingredients
- 6 pounds Fresh ripe oranges (Good quality, fresh and ripe)
- 7 pounds Granulated sugar (For every 6 pounds of fruit pulp)
- 0 as needed Water (For stewing oranges and making syrup)
