ONION COCKTAIL
This classic pre-Prohibition cocktail offers a unique twist on the traditional Martini template by utilizing the slightly sweeter Old Tom Gin paired with rich Italian vermouth. Unlike its dry counterparts, this recipe explicitly omits bitters to allow the botanical flavors and the savory garnish to shine through. The drink is finished with a pearl onion, adding a distinct crispness that defines this elegant, spirit-forward libation.
