L. P. W.
This sophisticated pre-Prohibition cocktail offers a unique twist on the classic Gibson by utilizing Old Tom Gin for a slightly sweeter, fuller body compared to modern London Dry gins. The flavor profile achieves perfect balance by splitting the vermouth base between rich Italian sweet vermouth and crisp French dry vermouth, creating a complex herbal bouquet. Finished with a savory pickled onion, this elegant drink delivers a smooth, aromatic experience ideal for sipping.
