HORSE THIEF COCKTAIL
This classic pre-Prohibition cocktail combines the botanical richness of Old Tom Gin with the herbal sweetness of Italian vermouth for a sophisticated sip. A distinct touch of green absinthe adds an aromatic anise finish that elevates the drink's complexity without overpowering the other flavors. Served chilled in a cocktail glass, it offers a smooth and elegant experience reminiscent of the golden age of bartending.
