GOLFER'S DELIGHT—Home of Bevo—18th Hole.
This refreshing 1917 pitcher drink combines the malty notes of "near beer" with the effervescence of sweet soda for a crisp, thirst-quenching cooler. Originally made with Bevo, a popular Prohibition-era non-alcoholic malt beverage, this historical "shandy" style cocktail offers a perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. It is best served ice-cold in beer glasses, making it an ideal companion for a warm afternoon or a post-golf gathering.
