FANNIE WARD
This elegant 1917 cocktail combines the smooth, crisp notes of Bacardi rum with the tart brightness of fresh lime juice and a touch of sweet grenadine. The addition of egg white creates a luxurious, velvety texture and a beautiful frothy head when shaken vigorously. Served in a chilled cocktail glass, the Fannie Ward is a sophisticated and refreshing pre-dinner drink reminiscent of the classic Clover Club but with a rum base.
