DUPLEX COCKTAIL

DUPLEX COCKTAIL

This sophisticated pre-Prohibition cocktail balances the botanical sweetness of Old Tom Gin with the complex interplay of both sweet Italian and dry French vermouths. The addition of acid phosphate provides a clean, neutral tartness that brightens the drink without adding fruit flavor, while orange bitters add a zesty aromatic finish. Served chilled in a cocktail glass, it offers a refined and refreshing sipping experience perfect for an aperitif.
