COOPERSTOWN COCKTAIL
This refreshing pre-Prohibition cocktail brings together the slightly sweet profile of Old Tom Gin with the rich, herbal notes of Italian vermouth. Fresh mint leaves are shaken vigorously with the spirits, releasing their aromatic oils to create a crisp and invigorating drink perfect for warm evenings. The result is a beautifully balanced libation that captures the elegance of early 20th-century bartending.
