CHAMPAGNE SOUR
This elegant 1917 cocktail offers a refreshing twist on the traditional sour by utilizing sparkling Champagne as the base instead of spirits. The crisp effervescence of the wine pairs beautifully with tart lemon juice and a float of rich brandy for depth. Served over shaved ice and garnished with fresh seasonal berries, it makes for a sophisticated and visually stunning aperitif.
