BLOOD HOUND COCKTAIL
This vibrant pre-Prohibition cocktail combines the lush sweetness of fresh strawberries with the botanical complexity of Old Tom Gin. The use of shaved ice in the shaker acts as a natural abrasive, crushing the fruit to release its bright red juices and aromatic oils for a refreshing, ruby-colored libation. Perfectly balanced and visually striking, this classic drink offers a smooth texture and a sophisticated finish that distinguishes it from modern fruit martinis.
