BLACKTHORNE SOUR
This sophisticated pre-Prohibition cocktail combines the tart berry notes of sloe gin with the complex herbal depth of Green Chartreuse for a truly unique flavor profile. The addition of pineapple syrup and fresh citrus juice creates a refreshing balance of sweet and sour that distinguishes this drink from standard sours. Served chilled in a stemmed glass and garnished with fresh fruit, it makes for an elegant and aromatic aperitif.
