APPLEJACK SOUR
This classic 1917 cocktail combines the robust, fruity warmth of apple brandy with a refreshing citrus tang. The Applejack Sour balances sweet superfine sugar with tart lemon or lime juice, served over shaved ice for a crisp, invigorating finish. Garnished with fresh seasonal berries, it offers a sophisticated yet comforting sip perfect for any season.
