APPLE SIDE CAR
This elegant pre-Prohibition cocktail offers a crisp, fruit-forward twist on the classic Sidecar by substituting cognac with American Applejack brandy. The bright acidity of fresh lemon or orange juice perfectly balances the warming apple notes and the sweet complexity of Cointreau, resulting in a refreshing and sophisticated libation. Served in a chilled cocktail glass, it delivers a delightful harmony of tart and sweet flavors perfect for an evening aperitif.
