- 6 ounces Sparkling mineral water (Apollinaris) (Or club soda. Quantity estimated to fill the glass.)

Instructions
- 1Fill a large bar glass (mixing glass) approximately 2/3 full with shaved ice.
- 2Add the powdered sugar and the fresh juice of one lemon to the ice.
