ADMIRAL SCHLEY HIGH BALL
This refreshing 1917 highball combines the warmth of Irish whiskey with the rich sweetness of dessert wine like Tokaji or Angelica. Brightened with a splash of pineapple syrup and fresh lemon juice, the cocktail offers a sophisticated balance of fruit and spirit flavors. Topped with sparkling seltzer, it makes for an elegant and effervescent sipper perfect for warm afternoons.
