ABSINTHE, ITALIAN SERVICE
This classic 1917 cocktail offers a sophisticated way to enjoy the complex herbal notes of absinthe, mellowed by sweet anisette and maraschino liqueur. The 'Italian Service' method involves a slow dilution with ice water while stirring, creating a refreshing, cloudy louche effect that releases aromatic botanicals. Served over cracked ice, it provides a crisp, cooling experience perfect for an elegant aperitif.
