Worcestershire Butter Sauce

A simple and flavorful butter sauce enhanced with Worcestershire sauce, perfect for drizzling over steaks, vegetables, or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. 2Heat the bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler) for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3In a small skillet or omelet pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns a light golden brown, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  4. 4Strain the browned butter into the bowl with the Worcestershire sauce mixture. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
