  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and sugar.
  2. 2Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes. If desired, add vanilla extract during the last minute of whipping.
