Salmon Force-meat
A simple salmon forcemeat recipe, likely used as a filling or base for other dishes.
Ingredients
- 0.5 pound Salmon fillet, skinless and boneless (Fresh or frozen (thawed) salmon)
- 0.5 cup Milk (Whole milk recommended)
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
- 0.125 teaspoon White pepper (Or to taste)
Instructions
- 1Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 2In a food processor, combine the salmon, milk, salt, and white pepper. Blend until smooth.
- 3For best results, chill the forcemeat for at least 30 minutes before using.
