Royal Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Stale bread crumbs
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 3 Hard-boiled egg yolks
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast meat (From a boiled chicken)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper (To taste)
- 1.5 cups Scalded milk
- 3.5 cups White Stock III (See recipe below)
- 2.5 tablespoons Butter
- 2.5 tablespoons All-purpose flour

Instructions
- 1Soak the bread crumbs in milk until softened.
- 2Rub the hard-boiled egg yolks through a sieve. Rub the cooked chicken meat through a sieve.
- 3Add the sieved egg yolks and chicken to the soaked bread crumbs. Gradually add the scalded milk and chicken stock, seasoning highly with salt and pepper.
- 4In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until a smooth paste (roux) forms.
- 5Gradually whisk the roux into the soup mixture until it thickens. Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
