Modern Vinaigrette Sauce

A classic vinaigrette sauce with a modern twist, perfect for salads and marinades.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper (A pinch or two)
  • 1 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Pickles (Dill or sweet pickles, finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper (Finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the salt, paprika, black pepper, tarragon vinegar, and cider vinegar.
  2. 2Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
  3. 3Stir in the chopped pickles, green bell pepper, parsley, and chives.
  4. 4Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
