Modern Vinaigrette Sauce
A classic vinaigrette sauce with a modern twist, perfect for salads and marinades.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper (A pinch or two)
- 1 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Cider Vinegar
- 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Pickles (Dill or sweet pickles, finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Bell Pepper (Finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Chives
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, combine the salt, paprika, black pepper, tarragon vinegar, and cider vinegar.
- 2Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
- 3Stir in the chopped pickles, green bell pepper, parsley, and chives.
- 4Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
