- 1.25 cups Rye meal
- 1.25 cups All-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 cup Molasses
- 1.25 cups Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter

- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
