Modern Horseradish Sauce

A simple and flavorful horseradish sauce, perfect for serving with roast beef or other savory dishes.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Fresh horseradish root, grated
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.0625 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (A pinch)
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, combine the grated horseradish root, white vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This can be done with a whisk or an electric mixer.
