Modern Cup St. Jacques

A refreshing and elegant dessert featuring lemon ice, Maraschino liqueur, and a colorful array of fruits. Perfect for a light and sophisticated treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Lemon Ice (Can be store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tablespoons Maraschino Liqueur (Approximately 3/4 teaspoon per glass)
  • 1 medium Banana (For garnish)
  • 8 halves Candied Cherries (For garnish)
  • 12 grapes Malaga Grapes (Seedless, peeled, for garnish)
  • 4 strips Angelica (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Chill champagne glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  2. 2Pour 3/4 teaspoon (or 1/2 tablespoon) of Maraschino liqueur into each chilled champagne glass.
  3. 3Fill each glass with approximately 1 cup of lemon ice.
  4. 4Slice the banana into 1/4-inch thick rounds, then quarter the slices. Halve the candied cherries. Peel and deseed the Malaga grapes. Cut the angelica into thin strips.
  5. 5Garnish each glass with the prepared banana slices, candied cherry halves, Malaga grapes, and angelica strips. Serve immediately.
