Modern Club Sandwiches and Ginger Sandwiches
A modernized take on classic club sandwiches and a simple ginger sandwich, perfect for a light lunch or snack.
Ingredients
- 12 Bread slices (Your choice of bread, toasted or untoasted)
- 8 Cooked bacon slices (Crispy cooked)
- 1 cup Cold roast chicken slices (Thinly sliced)
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise (Good quality mayonnaise)
- 0.25 cup Preserved Canton ginger (Very thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (Softened)
Instructions
- 1Arrange cooked bacon slices on slices of bread. Cover with slices of cold roast chicken. Spread chicken with mayonnaise dressing. Cover with slices of bread.
- 2Spread softened butter on bread slices. Cut preserved Canton ginger in very thin slices. Arrange ginger slices on buttered bread. Cover with another slice of buttered bread.
