Modern Caper Sauce
A tangy and flavorful caper sauce, perfect for fish, chicken, or vegetables. This recipe builds upon a simple butter sauce with the addition of briny capers and a touch of acidity.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter (4 ounces or 1 stick)
- 0.25 cup Capers (Drained from their liquor)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish)
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
- 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper (Freshly ground, or to taste)
Instructions
- 1In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Be careful not to brown it.
