Ingredients

  • 3 cups Baked Beans (Canned or homemade, chilled)
  • 0.5 Red Onion (Finely diced)
  • 2 Celery Stalks (Finely diced)
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground, or to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Finely dice the red onion and celery stalks.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
