Lemon Gelatin Dessert

A simple and refreshing lemon gelatin dessert, perfect for a light treat.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Boiling water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
  • 0.25 cup Cold water (For soaking gelatin)

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water. Let it sit for 20 minutes to soften.
  2. 2Pour the boiling water into a heatproof bowl. Add the softened gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. 3Add the sugar and lemon juice to the dissolved gelatin mixture. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
