Hard-Boiled Eggs with Lemon
A simple dish of hard-boiled eggs served with lemon slices. The original recipe suggests adding this to a bean dish, but it can be enjoyed on its own.

- 0.5 Lemon
Instructions
- 1Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
- 2Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 8 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
- 3Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs under cold running water until they are cool enough to handle.
- 4Peel the eggs and slice them thinly.
- 5Slice the lemon thinly, removing any seeds.
- 6Arrange the egg slices on a plate and garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.
