Hard-Boiled Eggs with Lemon

A simple dish of hard-boiled eggs served with lemon slices. The original recipe suggests adding this to a bean dish, but it can be enjoyed on its own.

  • 0.5 Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 8 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
  3. 3Drain the hot water and immediately rinse the eggs under cold running water until they are cool enough to handle.
  4. 4Peel the eggs and slice them thinly.
