Graham Muffins II
A simple recipe for graham flour muffins, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham flour (Or whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Melted butter
- 4 teaspoons Baking powder
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
- 2In a large bowl, whisk together the graham flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Add the melted butter and whisk until combined.
- 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
- 5Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 7Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
