Golden Corn Cake

Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Cornmeal
- 1.25 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
- 5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons Melted butter
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease and lightly flour a shallow 8-inch square baking pan.
