Fruit Cream

A simple dessert made with fresh fruits and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed fruits (mangoes, bananas, apples, grapes, strawberries) (Choose your favorite seasonal fruits.)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream (For best results, use chilled heavy cream.)
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (Adjust to taste.)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cardamom powder (Optional, for added flavor.)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios) (For garnish.)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash, peel, and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces. Combine them in a bowl.
  2. 2In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cardamom powder (if using) and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared fruits. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve immediately or chill for later.
