Egg Whites in Sherry Sauce
A simple sauce featuring chopped hard-boiled egg whites, sherry wine, and a touch of spice. Best served over chicken or other savory dishes.
Ingredients
- 2 large Hard-boiled egg whites (Finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons Sherry wine
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.0625 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (Pinch)
Instructions
- 1Hard-boil the eggs. Cool, peel, separate the whites from the yolks, and finely chop the whites.
- 2In a small saucepan, combine the chopped egg whites, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add to your chosen sauce or dish (e.g., chicken curry). Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3Add the sherry wine to the saucepan and cook for an additional minute, stirring gently to combine. Serve immediately.
