  • 2.5 tablespoons Boiling water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Granulated gelatine
  • 0.75 cup Confectioners’ sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatine in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  2. 2Add the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract to the dissolved gelatine mixture. Beat with a mixer (hand mixer or stand mixer) until the mixture is smooth and has a consistency suitable for spreading, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8x8 inch pan. Let it sit at room temperature until slightly hardened, about 30 minutes. Crease into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
