Deviled Egg Yolks with Cracker Crumbs

A simple and flavorful appetizer featuring hard-boiled egg yolks mixed with cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 3 large Hard-boiled egg yolks (From 3 large hard-boiled eggs)
  • 0.33 cup Cracker crumbs (Saltine or Ritz crackers work well)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika (For garnish)
  • 0.125 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Carefully separate the yolks from 3 hard-boiled eggs. Place the yolks in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. 2Using a fork, mash the egg yolks until they are finely crumbled.
  3. 3Add the cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed egg yolks. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. 4Spoon the mixture into the halved egg whites (if desired) or serve as a spread. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
