Deviled Egg Yolks with Cracker Crumbs
A simple and flavorful appetizer featuring hard-boiled egg yolks mixed with cracker crumbs.
Ingredients
- 3 large Hard-boiled egg yolks (From 3 large hard-boiled eggs)
- 0.33 cup Cracker crumbs (Saltine or Ritz crackers work well)
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon Paprika (For garnish)
- 0.125 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper (To taste)
Instructions
- 1Carefully separate the yolks from 3 hard-boiled eggs. Place the yolks in a medium-sized bowl.
- 2Using a fork, mash the egg yolks until they are finely crumbled.
- 3Add the cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the mashed egg yolks. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 4Spoon the mixture into the halved egg whites (if desired) or serve as a spread. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
