Cracked Cocoa Drink
A refreshing drink made with cracked cocoa beans and acidulated water.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Cracked cocoa beans
- 1 cup Water
- 0.125 teaspoon Tartaric acid (Or lemon juice to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (Or to taste)
Instructions
- 1Dissolve 1/8 teaspoon of tartaric acid (or lemon juice to taste) in 1 cup of water. Add sugar to taste.
- 2Mix 1/2 cup of cracked cocoa beans with the acidulated water. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
