Chafing-Dish Recipes

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.125 teaspoon Pepper
- 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk until well combined.
- 2Heat the chafing-dish over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the chafing-dish and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are set but still slightly moist. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
- 3Serve the scrambled eggs immediately. Garnish as desired.
