Brandy Cocoa
A simple and comforting cocoa beverage with a touch of brandy.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Boiling water
- 4 cups Milk
- 3 teaspoons Cooking brandy
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0.125 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- 2Gradually whisk in the boiling water until a smooth paste forms.
- 3Gradually stir in the milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cocoa is hot but not boiling.
- 4Remove from heat and stir in the cooking brandy. Serve immediately.
