Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs (Plain or seasoned)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (Freshly ground, to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekins.
  3. 3Crack the eggs into the prepared baking dish.
  4. 4Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Mix well.
