Ingredients
- 1 pound Ribbon Macaroni (Pappardelle)
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 large Eggs
- 0.5 cup, grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
- 1Cook the ribbon macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3In a large bowl, combine the cooked ribbon macaroni, meat sauce, eggs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.
- 4Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish. Pour the macaroni mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
