- 4Serve the fried pumpkin hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and drizzled with melted butter (optional). Alternatively, transfer the fried pumpkin to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
