Macaroni with Butter and Cheese (Modernized)
A simple and classic Italian pasta dish featuring macaroni tossed with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Macaroni pasta
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.125 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package directions, until al dente. Drain the macaroni well.
- 2Return the drained macaroni to the pot. Add the butter and Parmesan cheese. Mix well over low heat until the butter is melted and the cheese is evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
