Mock-Crab Toast

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoonful Butter
• 1/2 pound Mild cheddar cheese, grated
• 3 large Eggs
• 1 tablespoonful Anchovy sauce
• 1 teaspoonful Made mustard
• 2 tablespoonfuls Lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoonful Paprika

Instructions

1. 1Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, turning it to coat the surface thoroughly. Add the grated cheese.
2. 2Stir the cheese until melted. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, anchovy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, and paprika. Pour the egg mixture into the melted cheese and stir constantly until smooth.
