Mock-Crab Toast
A savory toast dish with melted cheese and egg yolks.
Ingredients

- 1/2 pound Mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 large Eggs

Instructions
- 1Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, turning it to coat the surface thoroughly. Add the grated cheese.
