To Steam a Pudding

Instructions

1. 1Place the pudding mixture into a tin pan or earthen dish. Tie a cloth securely over the top of the dish.
2. 2Set the prepared pudding dish into a steamer. Cover the steamer closely. Steam for a slightly longer time than you would boil it. (Approximately 40 minutes)
