Ingredients

  • 1 handful Whole cloves
  • 2 sticks Cinnamon sticks
  • as needed Water
  • 1 leg Leg of lamb

Instructions

  1. 1If the lamb is to be eaten cold, place the whole cloves and cinnamon sticks in the water in which the lamb is boiled.
  2. 2If the lamb is to be roasted, boil the cloves and cinnamon in water, and baste the lamb with the resulting liquid during roasting.
