To Boil Parsnips
A simple recipe for boiling parsnips.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 gallon Water
- as needed Parsnips
Instructions
- 1If the parsnips are young, scrape them. If they are old, peel them thinly and cut them into quarters. Prep time: 10 minutes
- 2In a stewpan, bring the water and salt to a boil. Add the prepared parsnips. Boil them quickly until tender. Prep time: 0 minutes, Perform time: 10 minutes, Waiting time: 30-60 minutes
