To Boil Jerusalem Artichokes
A simple recipe for boiling Jerusalem artichokes.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Jerusalem artichokes
- 2 tablespoons Salt
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- 1Wash the Jerusalem artichokes. Peel them or cut them into a round or oval form.
- 2In a large saucepan, combine the water and salt. Add the prepared artichokes. Bring the water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until tender.
- 3Drain the artichokes. Serve them with a little melted butter poured over them.
