- 1Dip a thick cotton or linen bag in hot water. Rub the inside of the bag with flour.
- 2Place the pudding inside the prepared bag. Place a plate at the bottom of the kettle to prevent the pudding from burning. Boil the pudding according to the pudding recipe.
- 3Once the pudding is cooked, dip the bag in cold water. This will help the pudding turn out easily.
