Stewed Squash
A simple recipe for stewed squash.

- to taste Salt
Instructions
- 1Pare, seed, and quarter the squash.
- 2Cook the squash in boiling salted water until soft.
- 3Pour off the water. Beat the squash to pieces in the saucepan. Season well and stir until stiff and smooth, like apple sauce.
- 4Serve immediately.
