Smoked Venison
A recipe for preparing smoked venison, similar to smoked beef or ham.

- as needed Venison steaks
Instructions
- 1Cut venison steaks. Soak them in water.
- 2Broil the venison steaks as you would an ordinary steak, until cooked to your desired doneness.
- 3Alternatively, boil the venison like ham, but reduce the cooking time by half.
